Under Tomcat 4, if I want an application to serve the main url (ie, http://www.server.com/), what's the right way to do it? Should I put the app in webapps/ROOT/, or should I somehow tell Tomcat which is the default app to use? If it makes any difference, there won't be any other apps on this server.
