At the very least, upgrade to the latest stable 3.2.x version. 3.2.1 is quite old and had several security problems. I'm pretty sure they are about to release 3.2.4, so that might be a good incentive. You don't have to change any of your config files, just replace the jar files in your TOMCAT_HOME/lib directory with the new ones.
