Hey folks.  Using Tomcat 3.2.3 on Solaris 2.6.  Experiencing the problem where a 
working JSP will stop working if a change is made to it.  Even if the original code is 
restored it still fails when in this mode.  It returns a '404' error claiming it's not 
found when it is clearly the same link that was used before.  Almost looks as though 
the time stamp change or file inode change caused the failure to find it!!!  The 
server has been stopped and restarted several times.

This doesn't always happen.  Sometimes these same files decide to work!  Any idea how 
to discipline this beast?  'tools.jar' is definitely in my CLASSPATH.  It wouldn't 
make sense that tool.jar would be the problem anyway since it works sometimes and 
doesn't at other times...
