This link was previously sent on this email list and fixed every last issue of ours on all our machines. All we did was download Tomcat 4.01 (the exe file not zip) and installed it after installing the jdk and then followed the instructions. While we have not deployed anything on it yet we can look at all the sample jsp's we have tried to load. Hope this helps.
