Do I follow the same procedures to get Tomcat 4.0.1 to cooperate with IIS that are described for Tomcat 3.x? The required file, isapi_redirect.dll does not appear to be included in the 4.0.1 binary distribution. Do I use the one from 3.x? Is there a different way to set it up when using Tomcat 4.0.1?
