Start ->Settings ->Control Panel ->Services ->Jakarta ->Settings (or something like that) ->Run as... Enter administrator and the admin password. Then it will run as admin and continue when you log off. NOTE: If the admin password is changed the services will not start until the password is changed as above to match. This is because NT doesn't really have "suid root".
