I'm probably not as well informed on this one as I should be. I haven't yet tried to build an Apache with mod_ssl, which I assume is where the EAPI is coming in.
I wouldn't thing that mod_jk operation would be affected, so I think the warning could be ignored. I'll try to install mod_ssl on a Win32 platform at some point and see if I find any issues.
