Kurt, Try the following:
1) Define the context for your application in conf/server.xml (eg. copy one of the <contexts>..</context> blocks and change the names to fit your app). 2) Set up the web.xml in webapps/yourapp/WEB-INF (define a servlet and servlet-mapping for every servlet class in WEB-INF/classes). *3) If you're running on Linux, make sure that /WEB-INF is all caps! (Tomcat won't find the web.xml otherwise). I believe this is all you need to have your servlets run successfully out of webapps/yourapp/ :-) Dmitry Kurt Kurniawan wrote: >the same thing happened to me.
