can anybody verify if JSP taglib code goes through twice? Anybody...all I need is an answer. I have been trying to find out this information through three different topic posts, but no answers to date. Is it by design that JSP taglib code is processed twice???

That is what I am getting...is this by design?? This would be extremely helpful for me so I can understand how to proceed with certain applications.
