try sending this email from an account that does not send multipart/alternative(yahoo,hotmail,etc). It may not like your request for this reason. I know they were denying mail sent with multipart/alternative at one point. Exchange has a 'feature' where it ignores the message type set in Outlook. There is a registry setting to fix it - I had to have it fixed so I could post to the list. I can find the kb article if you want it.
