hey everyone, I'm working on integrating Tomcat v3.3a with Apache v1.3.23 on RedHat 7 and running into some problems I haven't had in the past. On this machine, I have successfully built mod_jk and and generated the mod_jk.conf. also I have edited the workers.properties file to use my system parameters, as well as pointed apache to the mod_jk.conf file. however, the problem is apache won't start, giving this reason in the logs: [emerg] (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: Error while opening the workers
I have another system running Tomcat 3.3 and Apache 1.3.22 that I didn't have this problem on, in fact I never even had to touch the workers.properties file. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?
