You don't understand. The only way we can have better docs is to do it by ourselves. There's no extra possibility. The developers can't spend much type documenting because they're busy with the development. So the only ones able to document are people who already have solved certain problems and have the know-how on such items. This person would be a key being a volunteer for documentation but unfortunately only a little want to do it.
