Hi - I've done this a couple of different ways, depending on which browser versions we need to support. IE 5.x and Netscape 6+ have the capability to send an xml document or a normal get or post request without reloading the whole page; you can use javascript to read your form state and package a request either in SOAP format or some other format, submit it to the server, receive and parse the response, and then update your page state, all without refreshing the page. To the user, it looks and feels much more like a desktop app now than a traditional web form
