Hi, here is the story: Before buy certificate I downloaded trial certificate and install it. It was easy and successful. I used keytool.exe to generate request certificate and after that I downloaded root certificate for trial version and got trial certificate. Imported everything to keystore and Tomcat 3.2.3 is starting work in SSL mode too. Certificate was correct. It issued by Verisign for rockettrainer.com (my website). After that I created new keystore for real certificate, send to Verisign request certificate, downloaded root certificate and buy my certificate. But when I import everything to keystore and put it to Tomcat, browser shows me that certificate is issued by me for me, not by Verisign. I have done this: keytool -genkey -keystore rt4.keystore -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA keytool -import -keystore rt4.keystore -file verisign_root.cer -alias root keytool -import -keystore rt4.keystore -file rocketrainer.cer -alias rt
I thought I downloaded wrong root certificate (I request Secure Site Certificate but download root certificate from Secure Site Pro page, Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority, I didnt find it in Secure Site page), but in this case is it possible to import my certificate? Chain should be wrong. Thanks for any suggestions. Jenya __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
