Hey your problem is a misspelling. In your message it says Using JAVA_HOME: D:\jd2sdk1.4.0
notice that this is the wrong spelling. I have no clue. My friend runs the same tomcat on windows 200 and it works fine. i doubt setting up variables in windows XP???
