How about this?

<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>jsp</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>*.jsp</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
That is the standard way to map any file ending in .jsp and this is
pulled straight from Tomcat-4.x.x conf/web.xml. Do you see a
prepended "/"? I don't.
