Well, I confess that I've never tried this on 4.0.3. I guess your solution is to upgrade to 4.1.3 beta. There is *no* Tyrex to give you any phantom hsql driver issues. So, I guess my guarantee only applies to 4.1.3 that I've actually tested this on. I suggest the upgrade.
