I was wondering if anyone here has an understanding of why the following
bug report would be considered NOT a bug...

From my few attempts to have a warp only service in my server.xml, Tomcat
refuses to autodeploy any war files that are in the appBase.. I would
assume there to be a reason for this, but have yet to find a reference
to that reason. Thanks.
