run native code

 Does Tomcat has the setting or security manager that control the servlet to
execute native code??

 Currently, when I run my JSP application, I will receive the following
error :

 java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: VeriCert
        at com.su.JavaV.VeriCert(Native Method)
