Hugo,
There are nog default user/pass for the admin pages because of security reasons. You'll have to adjust your conf/tomcat-users.xml file and add a line for the admin pages: <tomcat-users> <user name="manager" password="********" roles="manager" /> ... </tomcat-users> Steven. > -----Original Message----- > From: hugo [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: vrijdag 30 augustus 2002 10:09 > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: admin page - username and password? > > > Hi > > Perhaps the problem that I cannot execute any jsp files from a projects > directory (see previous email) I made under webapps in tomcat stems from > the fact that I have to add a new context for the projects directory? > > But when I go to webapps/admin, I am asked for a administrator username > and password.
