Try this:
DataSource ds = (DataSource) envCtx.lookup("jdbc/Transhub");
and for your ResourceLink, try
<ResourceLink global="jdbc/Transhub" name="jdbc/Transhub"
type="javax.sql.DataSource"/>
I dont know if that would make any difference.. but it works for me..
