You are welcome to post it where ever you wish. I don't have a web site
or I would have put it there. The more people who get involved with
Tomcat the better and this is an easy way to get more people looking at it
(Tomcat). It's public information now. You are welcome to use it, put it
on your web site, change it, and make it better.

Good work!
One exception:
You don't need JVM in the [wm] section for jk2 to work.
If ommited it will be found from the Registry.
