The HTTP connector is for Tomcat to run in stand-alone mode. It's called a "Connector", but the things it is connecting are Tomcat and the client browser, not Tomcat and Apache (or IIS). So in your scenario, you won't use Tomcat's HTTP connector.
For a doc on IIS and Tomcat 4, check here: http://www.getnet.net/~rbarr/TomcatOnIIS/default.htm John Turner [EMAIL PROTECTED] > -----Original Message----- > From: David LAGARDERE [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Friday, September 06, 2002 4:15 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Configuring HTTP Connector > > > Hello. > I've tried to configure a connector different > from ajp12 but evry time it didn't work. > I didn't find any documentation about this and > I would like to now what do I have to do with > workers.properties, uriworkermap and server.xml files. > I'm using IIS 5 + Tomcat 4.0. > Last question : what about the performances ?
