Tomcat 4.1.10 starting problems under WIN2000!

Hi!
When I want to start Tomcat 4.1.10 I get the Error- Message can�t find 
C:\j2sdk1.4.0\bin\bin.
He has the wrong path, because what he searches is in C:\J2SDK1.4.0\bin.
How can I correct this?
