Look in the tomcat distribution directory that you are working with.  There
are "connector" archives that are right next to the tomcat distributions.
For instance,
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.0.4/src/jakart
a-tomcat-connectors-4.0.4-src.tar.gz.  

Unless you are on M$, I suggest getting the source and compiling it.  I
checked out 4.0.4 connectors yesterday and found that I had to make no
adjustments to the build scripts, which is a good thing.  The docs say that
it installs automatically, but it doesn't, so copy it yourself to where you
keep Apache DSO after the build is complete.
