Hello everyone: I am running tomcat 4.0.2 on windows 200 adv server. I've been running the website with tomcat 4.0 for a few months now and I have noticed something that I dont know how to fix.
I am trying to restart IIS on my machine and when I do so I get an error: Could not start service. IP address already in use. All I can do at this point is restart the machine for the service to operate. On doing a netstat at the command prompt, I see that even when I stop IIS, the service (inetinfo.exe) is still listening on port 80. Did I misconfigure the server when installing it with tomcat? can anyone suggest a work around for this? any one facing such problems?
