Post server.xml, workers.properties (or jk2.properties), and mod_jk.conf or the relevant portions of httpd.conf, along with an explanation of what you are trying to do, and error messages and someone will help you. I know you may be reposting some of this stuff, but its difficult trying to help when the person on the other end is making changes. The list has a delay factor, so in the hour or so it takes someone to reply to your post with an answer, it's possible you may have changed something that makes the answer invalid or moot.
The server.xml file for 4.1.12 is markedly different from earlier versions, from what I have seen, so you might want to consider not using your old config files. Do you have Tomcat working on port 8080? Running as which user? What changes have you made to your current server.xml from the default? Do you have Apache running on port 80?
