Hi I have managed to change the startup.bat file to run instead of start and i have the errot message. It is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.coyote.tomcat4.CoyoteConnector, which comes from the server.xml foe the http1.1 connector. Since i have installed tomcat fromt he original package and also tried installing it as a service i cannot see why it cannot find this class.
