I have a working example of Apache 2.0.43 with Tomcat 4.1.2 using JK2 on Red Hat Linux 8.0. I had to fallback to methods used on a previous integration of Apache 1.3.24 with Tomcat 4.0.4 after looking at the Howtos that came with the 4.1.2 documentaton. That enabled me to quickly put together a workers.properties file. I can see why people might want to have some examples. Please let me know if you're interested in a separate post with what I did. After rebuilding apache, I was up and running in just a few minutes.
