Yesterday was one helluva day - I lost count of the number of times I typed ./configure, make, make install. Consequently, I'm not excluding the possibility that I did an "mv" of the jar out of tomcat instead of a "cp" - that would certainly explain the ClassNotFoundException :-)

Actually, this was one of the things I had to change when setting it up (on Mac OS X) - I had to rebuild the Jars as, strangely, my 4.1.12 didn't had the Config class(es).
