Tomcat 4.x no longer uses the tomcat-apache.conf file. If you follow the
instructions at
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/release/v1.2.0
/doc/ you should be able to get the two talking. I know, I just finished
this project.

Subject: problems with apache and tomcat

Hi,

I am running RedHat 8.0 with Apache2.0.40 and Tomcat-4.1.12.
Apache and Tomcat are running. Now I want to combine Apache with Tomcat.

But I miss the tomcat-apache.conf file. Tomcat does not generate this
file, also
restart misses.
What do I have to do ?

Grtx
   Ralf
