Michael,
Are you using CATALINA_OPTS (or some other method) to set the http.proxyHost and http.proxyServer? If so, you might be able to set http.proxyUser and http.proxyPassword the same way. (I understand this doesn't always work, but if you haven't tried it yet, it's worth looking into.)

The firewall at work requires a username and password before a person can get on to the internet. I cannot find any documentation on how this can be achieved Many Thanks in advance Michael -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:tomcat-user-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:tomcat-user-help@;jakarta.apache.org> -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:tomcat-user-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:tomcat-user-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
