You do not have access to log files, but do have access the security policy
file? Wow! what kinda IT policy is that?
Anyhow, have you tried "AllPermission" for debug purpose as follows:
grant codeBase "file:/home/.sites/5/site513/web/-" {
permission java.security.AllPermission;
}
Let us know how it goes. We can go from there.
