tomcat 4.1.12 home page doesn't come out

Hi All,

I just installed tomcat 4.1.12 but even launching(startup.bat) completes OK if I 
browse localhost:8080 home page doesn't come out, insted comes out following error 
report:The page cannot be displayed 
      There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be 
displayed.

      Please try the following:

        a.. Open the localhost:8080 home page, and then look for links to the 
information you want. 
        b.. Click the  Refresh button, or try again later.

        c.. Click  Search to look for information on the Internet. 
        d.. You can also see a list of related sites. 




      HTTP 500 - Internal server error 
      Internet Explorer  
I didn't have this problem with 4.0.3 version. Any clue what could be problem?
