Kwok, the so-called "crash" is like it just flat disappearing on me!!! I mean, it's like "puff", like "up in smoke" so to speak!! And, in response to a smurray, I already am and have been using the zip file version of Tomcat!! Is there some merit to what I suggested, namely that I delete and then turn around and set all of the environment variables for Tomcat in the System settings?! ********************************************************************
