I've seen this one:
This means that a request to a resource (JSP/servlet) has been made but the client who is suppose to receive the response has terminated their connection. The best analogy is request a JSP page and then hit "Stop" on your browser and you'll see this error. No idea ... but you may want to grep at the Tomcat source for this method or class (?) and see what its doing.
