Absolutely the best place for Tomcat training on any platform is right here. Most questions get answered here fairly swiftly and if you search the archives most of the basic questions have been answered and a lot of advanced questions. The folks here will help you troubleshoot any problems and help you with deployment and design ideas as well. The great part about this list is you will get a diverse set of solutions that you can try out to see which works best for you.
