Question 1: why is there a $ is the path? $/usr/local/apache2/conf/workers2.properties
Question 2. does the file /usr/local/apache2/conf/workers2.properties exist? i.e. is you execute more /usr/local/apache2/conf/workers2.properties at the command prompt does it return the file?
