In regard to your query I'm sure you would understand if I pointed out that most commercially owned businesses are quite sensitive about telling anybody outside of their organisation any details of their computer infrastructure and especially a public interface of their computer infrastructure like a web server.
I am sure you are not looking for this information to help you hack in to companies but I assure you it would be useful to many internet hackers. For this reason alone I don't see you getting many responses to your query. On the other hand you can test the make of any web server by downloading a program like visual route (http://www.visualware.com/visualroute/index.html) and typing in the name of a domain whose web server you wan to know the type of.
