Despite I enabled jikes:

<param-name>jspCompilerPlugin</param-name>
<param-value>org.apache.jasper.compiler.JikesJavaCompiler</param-value>
</init-param>
Tomcat 5 does not use it. Well, what to do know?
Is there actually an -encoding supporting build for win32?
