when i try to build my webapp from ommand line i get :

com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

but JAVA_HOME = C:\Java\j2sdk1.4.1_01
ANT_HOME = C:\Java\jakarta-ant-1.5.1
copied catalina-ant.jar to ANT_HOME\lib
when i try to build from netbeans i get:
