Since it seems unlikely that you are using mod_ssl for
Apache 1.3, you would use mod_jk-3.3-ap13-noeapi.so. See
the diagram and architecture discussion near the middle of:
http://www.modssl.org/docs/2.8/ssl_overview.html
to see where EAPI comes from.
