Admin tool for Tomcat not working.

Hi

I have a user defined as admin having 2 roles: 1. admin, 2 manager.

I can access the tomcat - manager utility thru the browser, but am 
unable to access the admin utility.

When i try to goto http://localhost:8080/admin it says  - Access to the 
specified resource () has been forbidden.

Am i missing something ?
