Default Context & load-on-startup

Hi,

I am Using Tomact 4.1.18, I am unable to locate the Resouces of
DefaultContext from a load-on-startup servlet.

Is it a limitation or any other configuration required? Where can i get the
documenation for this,

Anybody please help me out..
