Howdy, What is a "registered user" of struts? ;) I don't know if it's possible to obtain an accurate number of those.
As for downloads, that's probably obtainable somehow from the jakarta FTP server, but now with all the mirrors, people downloading things more than once, etc, your stats would be inaccurate at best.
