You have to make sure, that the invoker servlet is mapped to /server like

    <servlet-mapping>
        <servlet-name>invoker</servlet-name>
        <url-pattern>/servlet/*</url-pattern>
    </servlet-mapping>
-------------
This section is commented out in the conf/web.xml.

So you either need to add this line to your server web.xml or your
application.


Wouldn't it be a good idea to activate this mapping by default
in further tomcat distributions ?
