Well i have no ideas, to help you straight away, but I think if you supply
more information, others, who have setup tomcat with ssl can help you.
1) What tomcat version are you using ?
2) What did you setup, and where do things fail ?
- What does the log-file tell you about it ?
3) What kind of troube do you have, when shutting down tomcat ?
- does the jvm core dump ?
- it does not shut down ?
