Well, if you are using uriworkermap.properties, you definitely don't want to be using Ajp13Connector, you want to be using CoyoteConnector.
You create uriworkermap.properties based on your needs and your installation environment.
To get more specific help, you have to be more specific than "couldn't get it to work". Please explain your environment, what you are trying to do, and what you have done so far.

Ajp13Connector is not compatible with MBeans. Either use CoyoteConnector,
or disable the MBean lines in your server.xml.
