To make the picture more complete: it seems that the trouble the Jasper compiler doesn't find the /WEB-INF/web.xml file. But how can I tell it where to find it (simply creating it directly under my project directory didn't work)? If I include other custom taglibs with reference to e.g. /WEB-INF/forms.tld it doesn't find them as well.
