TC 4.1.21 and commons-digester1.4.1.jar

Hi all,

Is there something special that needs to done to introduce the 
commons-digester-1.4.1.jar in a TC environment via the 
TC-HOME/common/lib dir?

TC does not want to startup the moment I introduce the jar in the 
mentioned directory.
Any help appreciated.
